We had a great time during our 5-night stay at this hotel, enjoying a very comfortable experience with no complaints.

The property was beautiful and we had a really comfortable stay. Our room was a nice size with confortable bed and met needs. Location: the hotel was very close to the beautiful garden and the center. There were a lot of restaurants to eat, like Castle Chinese Restaurant that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

I liked its affable employees.

The hotel had a cozy and festive atmosphere during Xmas with beautiful holiday decorations. the staff were friendly and accommodating. the breakfast had a great variety of delicious dishes to choose from, including traditional Xmas treats. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center and nearby attractions. the complimentary bottled water was a pleasant surprise.

The bed was a bit too soft for our liking and the pillows were flat. the Wi-Fi was slow and had intermittent connectivity issues.

The location is mind-blowing, the hotel is super clean, the rooms are jaw-droppingly big and comfortable. The mostly friendly staff speaks enough English to understand us. The staff accommodated my request for early breakfast and the leaking problem in the bathroom was solved perfectly. The good attitude of the staff and the nice location near the park made for a very pleasant stay.
